Job summary

Genesis AI seeks a seasoned supply chain leader to own the end-to-end chain for a complex robotics platform. You will build the supplier base, govern cost-down initiatives, and drive volume as production scales across regions.

You will work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and finance to optimize cost, timing, and quality. You will lead a team, partner with CM and tier-one suppliers at the executive level, and ensure rapid, reliable delivery while managing risk and change across global

Qualifications

• 10+ years in supply chain or manufacturing operations for complex hardware.
• Experience leading supply chain for products built at scale.
• Experience with global sourcing across Asia and North America.

Responsibilities

• Set the supply chain strategy from pilot to volume.
• Own executive-level supplier relationships and contracts.
• Own the cost roadmap and should-cost analyses.
• Build and manage the global supplier base for sub-systems.
• Assess capacity, lead-time, and risk across regions.
• Build and lead the sourcing and logistics teams.
• Define BOM and change control with ERP/MRP systems.
• Influence design to optimize for volume and cost.
