Job summary

Wonder Group, INC is seeking a Software Engineer, Robotics to design, program, and commission software for automated machinery. You will implement controls with PLCs, troubleshoot real-time hardware interactions, and ensure machines operate safely and efficiently in a hands-on environment.

You will collaborate with senior engineers, integrate sensors and actuators, and validate control systems across various lab and production setups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or Computer Science (or related technical field).
• 1–3 years of software engineering experience or related field.
• Familiarity with automation languages (Structured Text) or C/C++/Python for hardware interfacing.

Responsibilities

• Write, test, and debug control software for automated systems using PLCs and PC-based control.
• Integrate sensors and actuators into robotic systems.
• Test and debug physical machinery in the lab to ensure safe and reliable operation.
• Maintain documentation of machine specifications and operating guides.
