You will collaborate with hardware, electrical, and mechanical teams to ensure tight software/hardware integration and deliver robust robotic control solutions, including calibration, path optimization, and collision avoidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, Robotics, EE, or related field, 5+ years in industrial robotics software.
• Strong proficiency in C++ or Python.
• Experience with motion control, trajectory generation, and robot kinematics/dynamics.
• Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams and full product lifecycle ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead software design and development for robotic automation systems in manufacturing.
• Collaborate with hardware, electrical, and mechanical teams for software/hardware integration.
• Integrate software with PLCs, sensors, actuators, and robots.
• Develop and deploy algorithms for calibration, path optimization, object detection, collision avoidance.
• Interface with manufacturing operations to test, validate, and improve deployed robots.
• Participate in reviews and shape engineering quality and best practices.
