Qualifications

• 3–5 years of service or technician experience.
• Prior vehicle or fleet service experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with complex electrical systems and hardware repair.
• Strong communication and technical documentation skills.
• Experience using work order management systems.
• Ability to manage work orders accurately and on time.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while supporting a broader technician team.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Ability to successfully complete a motor vehicle record check.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced robotic diagnostics and complex repairs.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems, control units, and associated hardware.
• Help the team meet daily fleet uptime and repair goals.
• Serve as the first point of escalation for technical issues.
• Create and improve workflows that increase repair accuracy and shop efficiency.
• Maintain high standards for technical documentation and shift handoffs.
• Lead medium-to-high complexity projects tied to fleet uptime and reliability.
• Troubleshoot systemic hardware issues and upscale critical bottlenecks to engineering.
• Assign work based on team capabilities and help remove roadblocks.
• Translate fleet and reliability goals into daily technician priorities.
• Track fleet health trends, wins, and recurring technical issues.
• Use data and root‑cause analysis to develop scalable solutions instead of one‑off fixes.
• Support technician development through hands‑on guidance and training.
