Qualifications

• 10+ years in automotive service, manufacturing maintenance, prototyping or R&D environments.
• Degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Proficiency with test/diagnostic equipment and precision tools.
• Knowledge of BLDC/servo motors and CAN/EtherCAT interfaces.
• Experience with safety standards and maintenance best practices.
