Job summary

Mytra Robotics is seeking a hands-on Bot Production Lead to manage the new Bot Production line. You will build bots alongside technicians, set the pace, ensure quality, and keep production on schedule against customer commitments.

You’ll ramp on the product with the Bot Prototype and Manufacturing teams and scale the line as Mytra grows. You’ll work closely with the manager, plan daily activities, transfer knowledge to the team, and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient floor.

Qualifications

• Hands-on production or manufacturing build experience in electro-mechanical hardware.
• Ability to triage build issues and maintain on-time line flow.
• Strong leadership to guide technicians and scale the team.

Responsibilities

• Run the production line day to day, keeping builds on track to the approved plan.
• Build alongside technicians, setting the standard for quality.
• Ensure builds follow current specs and SOPs.
• Own first-line quality and route issues to rework as needed.
• Be the primary on-floor contact for technicians and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with manager and NPI to turn build plan into daily cadence and grow planning.
• Write and close tickets, document floor issues clearly, and coordinate with Engineering, Planning, and Quality.
• Champion safety on the floor, leading by example on PPE and shop practices.
• Help onboard and train Bot Production Technicians as the team grows.
