Job summary

Mytra is building a transformative robotics-enabled solution for the supply chain market. Engineering Technician II will help scale production, optimize assembly lines, and ensure hardware reliability through cross-functional collaboration and rigorous adherence to design documents.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on fabrication experience, interpretation of technical drawings, and familiarity with ERP/MRP/PLM systems.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with 3–5 years of manufacturing/prototyping experience.
• Proven experience with mechanical assembly and interpreting drawings.
• Familiarity with standard machine tools and metrology instruments.

Responsibilities

• Support Production Continuity by executing routine assembly workflows and troubleshooting on the floor.
• Follow SOPs with accuracy and maintain technical documentation.
• Contribute to lean manufacturing initiatives and balance efficiency with quality.
• Operate standard equipment and assist with preventive maintenance and tooling inventory tracking.
• Build product prototypes and assist with inspections to validate changes.
• Communicate status clearly and assist with onboarding of new team members.
