Job summary

Mytra is seeking a Robotics Systems Engineer to architect, debug, and support autonomous robotic systems across product and infrastructure domains. You’ll be the authority for complex system issues in warehouse environments, balancing hardware and software challenges to ensure robust operations.

You will collaborate with test engineers and software developers to keep prototypes healthy, drive feature delivery, and improve analytics for engineering priorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience as a systems engineer or similar role with mobile autonomous systems.
• Strong foundations in robotics engineering concepts and state‑space control.
• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, Mechatronics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead critical system debugging as the technical authority for complex failures.
• Own fix implementations and new feature rollouts from discovery to delivery.
• Design observability and support features for fleet health and remote intervention.
• Improve issue capture, analytics, and reporting to inform engineering priorities.
• Maintain operational health of early‑stage prototype fleets with test engineers.
