Job summary

Mytra, a California-based robotics company, is hiring a Bot Production Lead for its Brisbane, CA headquarters. You will build bots daily, lead a small team, and ensure production stays on schedule against real customer commitments.

You’ll ramp on the product with Bot Prototype and Manufacturing technicians, set the pace, maintain quality, and scale the line. This hands-on, working-lead role rewards practical problem solving and teamwork on the floor.

Qualifications

• Hands-on production or manufacturing build experience.
• Ability to read drawings, work instructions and BOMs.
• Strong on-floor problem solving and quality focus.
• Comfortable in an industrial environment and safety-conscious.

Responsibilities

• Run production line day-to-day and keep builds on track.
• Build alongside technicians and set quality standards.
• Adhere to specs and SOPs for current revision.
• Own first-line quality and route issues to prototypes.
• Be the first point of contact for floor issues and improvements.
• Collaborate with manager, NPI, Eng, Planning and QA as needed.
• Champion safety and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Help onboard and train Bot Production Technicians as the team grows.
