• 12+ years in security engineering or product security
• 5+ years leading security teams and budgets
• Deep experience securing embedded hardware and AI-enabled systems
• Proven ability to translate security risk into product requirements
• Excellent communication with C-suite and engineers

Responsibilities

• Own the product security strategy and roadmap across hardware and software
• Build and lead a cross-functional product security team
• Design and implement monitoring, threat detection, and incident response
• Define security requirements for OTA updates, crypto, and secure boot
• Oversee supply chain security and vendor risk management
• Partner with regulatory and export control teams to ensure compliance
• Serve as primary security liaison for customer security reviews and disclosures
