Apptronik is seeking a Director of Product Learning & Development to architect the company’s global education ecosystem, transforming complex robotics technology into accessible, scalable expertise for our workforce, partners, and customers.

You will lead a world-class team, drive deployment readiness, and ensure proficiency across internal engineers, customer operators, and partners. Hybrid role based in Austin, TX.

Qualifications

• Proven capability to design modern, multi-tenant learning ecosystems.
• Deep understanding of change management in highly technical environments.
• Ability to connect learner analytics with product development and ROI.
• Experience building scalable learning programs for global teams and partners.
• Strong collaboration across Product, Marketing, and Engineering functions.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the multi-year learning strategy for internal readiness, field deployment, and customer enablement.
• Lead a team to build an end-to-end education ecosystem integrating LMS/LXP with CRM and support tools.
• Scale training programs, certifications, and competency models across global operations.
