Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Technical Product Launch Manager to own end-to-end launches of robots and related tech within Amazon's live operations. You will lead cross-functional teams, analyze field data, and drive product improvements that shape the engineering roadmap.

You will develop training for a range of stakeholders, coordinate rollout plans, and report progress to senior leadership. The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on troubleshooting in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading large-scale technical or engineering programs with proven outcomes.
• Experience in a customer-facing role solving business problems with advanced technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional transformation project teams across broad functions.
• PMP or SCRUM/Agile, SAFe certification.
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle from conception to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end launch of next-generation robotics technologies into live operations.
• Lead engineering triages, run performance deep dives, and translate field observations.
• Develop and deliver training from associate level to senior leadership.
• Draft product improvement proposals based on field data patterns.
• Standardize how field observations are captured across launches.
• Plan rollout strategies and update senior stakeholders.
• Participate in retrospectives and drive continuous improvement.
