Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Technical Product Launch Manager to own the end-to-end launch of next-generation robotics technologies within Amazon's live operational network. You will lead field tests, manage risks, and publish status reports while building expertise in site operations and maintenance.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, cross-functional collaboration, and strong customer advocacy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, customer benefits realization, and successful completion.
• Experience in a customer-facing role, engaging with customer executives, technologists or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or a related field.
• Experience in leading technical and non-technical transformation project teams across broad functional areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end launch and field testing of new automation solutions; track deliverables, manage project risks, and publish status reports.
• Build deep expertise in site operations and maintenance, cultivate relationships with site customers, and advocate in every product decision.
• Analyze performance, availability, and quality metrics during field tests; identify root causes and translate findings into prioritized product and process improvements.
• Evaluate user roles against product requirements, manage a prioritized feature backlog, and champion the highest-impact improvements in engineering roadmap and sprint reviews.
• Develop and deliver user training—from associate standard work to leadership level content—including leading product teardowns to create maintenance procedures.
• Manage day-to-day field testing, secure site leadership buy-in for changes, and triage operational issues arising from NPI activities to keep launches on schedule.
