Job summary
Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Technical Product Launch Manager to own the end-to-end launch of next‑generation robotics technologies into Amazon's live operations. You will bridge Robotics Engineering & Product with Operations & Maintenance, leading triages, performance reviews, and field-driven product improvements.
You will train technicians and leaders, synthesize field data to shape the engineering roadmap, and drive continuous improvement across sites.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership and delivery.
- Experience in a customer-facing role engaging with executives and technologists to solve problems with advanced tech.
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or related field.
- Experience in leading technical and non-technical transformation project teams across broad functions.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end launch of next-generation robotics technologies into Amazon's live operational network.
- Lead engineering triages, run performance deep dives, and translate field observations into product improvements.
- Develop training and drive adoption across field teams and leadership levels.
