Qualifications

• 3+ years of leading large-scale technical or engineering programs with demonstrated impact.
• Experience in a customer-facing role with senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end launch and field testing of new automation solutions; track deliverables, manage project risks, and publish status reports.
• Build deep expertise in site operations and maintenance; cultivate relationships with site customers and advocate in product decisions.
• Analyze performance metrics during field tests; identify root causes and translate findings into improvements.
• Evaluate user roles against product requirements, manage a prioritized feature backlog, and champion high-impact improvements.
• Develop and deliver user training from technician to leadership levels, including teardown procedures.
• Manage day-to-day field testing, secure leadership buy-in for changes, and triage issues from NPI activities.
