Job summary

Lab37 Robotics in Pittsburgh is seeking a product leader to own the vision, strategy, and detailed requirements for robotic systems, translating customer insights into clear roadmaps and guiding engineering from concept through launch.

You'll collaborate across mechanical, electrical, software, culinary, manufacturing, and commercial teams; define KPIs and success metrics; drive pilots, releases, and data-driven decisions; and present progress to executives and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, Robotics or related field required.
• MBA or equivalent business experience is a plus.
• 3+ years in robotics, automation, or industrial hardware/software systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and detailed product requirements for robotic systems.
• Translate insights into clear, prioritized roadmaps and PRDs.
• Lead qualitative and quantitative research with engineering to prioritize concepts.
• Own end-to-end release management: prioritization, validation, and launch readiness.
• Drive external pilots: scope definition, onboarding, rollout, and customer interface.
• Facilitate cross-functional execution among mechanical, electrical, software, culinary, manufacturing, and commercial teams.
• Define, monitor, and analyze KPIs; build dashboards and reports for data-driven decisions.
• Translate insights into compelling narratives for executives, investors, customers, and partners.
