Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time Tier-3 troubleshooting for internal customers.
• Analyze system anomalies and communicate resolutions quickly.
• Support software/hardware product development, validation and deployment.
• Design servicing workflows and technical documentation content.
• Develop service procedures, bulletins and training materials.
• Support field engineering IT operations and service software apps.
