Job summary

DoorDash Labs is hiring a Software Integration Engineer for the Platform Integration team. You will work with electrical, hardware, firmware, and autonomy engineers to ensure the robot stack operates as a cohesive system.

The role focuses on software interfaces across subsystems and requires building tests and deployment tools for integration into the autonomy software stack. You will report to the Autonomy Platform Lead and engage in hybrid work with in-office and remote time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/Robotics/EE or related field.
• Experience with robotics software and software lifecycle.
• Strong programming in Python and C++.
• Ability to understand large codebases and complex interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead system-level debug when issues cross subsystem boundaries.
• Design and maintain integration tests and test setups.
• Develop provisioning tools and support integration into the autonomy stack.
• Create tools and guidance for Manufacturing, Validation, Field Service, and Fleet Ops.
