Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechatronic engineering, mechanical engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing engineering experience with demonstrated progression of responsibility.
• Strong manufacturing engineering background with process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design, validate, and document assembly processes, tooling, gauges, and fixtures to build product efficiency.
• Develop and maintain documentation including design control records, product configurations, manufacturing procedures, lot history records, bills-of-materials, and Quality System requirements.
• Drive cross-functional Manufacturing reviews with R&D, Quality, and Production teams to ensure seamless product transitions.
• Lead and participate in process/product continuous improvement projects with measurable outcomes.
• Provide electromechanical troubleshooting capabilities to rapidly resolve build issues.
• Lead root cause analysis to understand problems deeply.
• Demonstrate CAD design proficiency, rapid prototyping, tool/fixture qualification, and equipment sourcing.
• Drive process characterization, validation and Test Method Validation.
• Support Quality to address non-conformances before they impact production.
