Job summary

Path Robotics is seeking a highly analytical Materials Program Manager to own demand forecasting, BOM management, and inventory optimization for our robotics systems. You will collaborate across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Fleet Operations to ensure material availability.

The role emphasizes turning data into actionable decisions, managing safety stock, and improving planning processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in materials planning, supply chain, inventory management, or manufacturing operations.
• Strong understanding of MRP, demand forecasting, BOM management, and inventory planning.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to analyze and present complex data.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems; NetSuite experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to translate complex supply chain data into actionable insights and business recommendations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail; ability to manage competing priorities across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage material demand forecasts across production builds and fleet consumption.
• Translate forecasts into Material Requirements Planning inputs to support purchasing and production readiness.
• Own BOM management and configuration work orders within ERP/MRP; manage design changes and substitutions.
• Generate material purchasing requirements, monitor POs, identify shortages, and optimize safety stock and inventory health.
