Path Robotics, Inc. is seeking a highly analytical Materials Program Manager to drive material planning, BOM management, and inventory optimization for our robotic systems.

You will forecast demand, own BOM configurations, and coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure material readiness. The successful candidate will bring 5+ years in materials planning, strong MRP knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and experience with ERP/MRP systems (NetSuite preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field (Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business).
• 5+ years of experience in materials planning, supply chain, inventory management, or manufacturing operations.
• Strong understanding of MRP, demand forecasting, BOM management, and inventory planning.
• Advanced Excel skills and data analysis capabilities.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems; NetSuite experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to translate complex supply chain data into actionable insights and business recommendations.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsabilités

• Demand Planning & Forecasting: Develop and maintain material demand forecasts across production builds and fleet consumption.
• Translate forecasts into accurate MRP inputs to support purchasing and production readiness.
• Align long-term forecasts with suppliers to improve availability and capacity planning.
• BOM & Configuration Management: Own standardized production BOMs in ERP/MRP; manage design changes and configurations.
• Maintain BOM cost and tariff roll-ups to support procurement decisions; track changes through lifecycle.
• Material Planning & Inventory Management: Generate purchasing requirements, track POs, and identify shortages.
• Develop safety stock and buffer strategies to support production continuity.
• Monitor inventory levels, excess/obsolete materials, and scrap for optimal stock levels.
• Forecast spare parts consumption to support fleet operations.
• Reporting & Process Improvement: Create material readiness dashboards, CTB reports, shortage trackers, and procurement reporting.
• Maintain ERP/MRP data accuracy across forecasts, BOMs, inventory, and orders.
• Analyze material availability and supply chain performance to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve planning processes and tools.
