Job summary

Path Robotics is seeking a highly analytical Materials Program Manager in Columbus, Ohio to drive material planning, BOM management, and inventory optimization for scalable robotic systems. You will forecast demand, manage BOMs, coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance, and lead inventory strategies to ensure material availability for production and deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or related field.
• 5+ years in materials planning, supply chain, inventory management, or manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain material demand forecasts across production builds and fleet consumption.
• Translate forecasts into Material Requirements Planning inputs for purchasing and readiness.
• Own and maintain BOMs in ERP/MRP system and manage design changes and configurations.
• Generate material purchasing requirements, track POs, and monitor inventory health.
• Improve planning processes and reporting; develop dashboards and CTB/shortage trackers.
