Job summary

Path Robotics seeks a highly analytical Materials Program Manager to drive material planning, BOM management, and inventory optimization as we scale robotic systems. You will forecast demand, manage BOMs, and plan procurement to ensure materials are available for production and deployments.

Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Fleet Operations to improve visibility, reduce shortages, and support customer deployments in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in materials planning, supply chain, inventory management, or manufacturing operations.
• Strong understanding of MRP, demand forecasting, BOM management, and inventory planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain material demand forecasts across production builds, fleet consumption, and other business needs.
• Translate demand forecasts into Material Requirements Planning inputs to support purchasing and production readiness.
• Own BOM management and ensure accurate BOM cost and tariff roll-ups for planning and procurement.
