Job summary

Matic Robots Inc. is seeking a Robotics Material Handler on a contract basis to keep production lines flowing by delivering, staging, and moving subassemblies and components to final assembly and QC. This role supports a dynamic production team and emphasizes organized material flow and proactive communication.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely materials, accurate counts, and clean work areas, with evening shifts. Physical work is required, and reliability is essential.

Responsibilities

• Stock QC-passed subassemblies at Final Assembly to minimize operator movement.
• Receive and unbox incoming subassemblies; stage and feed materials to QC stations.
• Break down packaging; manage cardboard and waste; keep pathways clear.
• Assist with receiving and moving pallets in and out of production areas.
• Monitor material levels and replenish stations before shortages occur.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment across all material staging areas.
• Communicate material issues or shortages to production leads promptly.
• Identify opportunities to improve material flow and reduce handling time.
• Execute data entry for material movement, including issuing and counting stock.
• Conduct inventory verification and cycle counting to ensure count accuracy.
• Use shipment-processing software for outbound shipments.
• Perform additional duties to support production and operations.
