Job summary

Figure is an AI robotics company headquartered in San Jose, CA, seeking a Materials Handler to support procurement, inventory management, and kitting for our deployment teams.

All shifts are currently available. You will organize, stock and validate equipment, manage BOM-based kits, and maintain precise stock records through our inventory system while collaborating with warehouse, dispatch, fleet, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in materials handling, inventory management, or warehouse operations.
• Proficiency with inventory systems and barcode scanners.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and organized documentation.
• Excellent teamwork and communication.
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse management: organize, stock, and validate counts using a warehouse management system.
• Kitting parts: assemble kits from BOMs and deliver to staging areas.
• Inventory support: receive, store, and account for inventory; assist procurement.
• Documentation & tracking: record material movement in the inventory system.
• Cycle counts & audits: perform cycle counts and assist audits.
• Coordination with teams: communicate with warehouse, dispatch, fleet, and operations to address needs.
