Job summary

1X in San Carlos, CA is hiring a Materials Handler to ensure the smooth flow of parts to NEO production and to keep components in the right place at the right time for manufacturing and engineering.

You will maintain inventory accuracy, operate scanners, forklifts, and pallet jacks, and document inbound and outbound transfers with precision. The role demands physical work and a strong safety mindset, with team collaboration and a focus on timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or materials handling.
• Forklift and pallet jack operation experience; certification ideal but not required if training is quick.
• Comfort using scanners, labels, and shipping documentation daily.
• Able to perform physical work including lifting and moving materials throughout a shift.
• Reliable and punctual; team depends on you every shift.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the physical flow of materials to keep NEO production on schedule.
• Have the right parts in the right place at the right time for manufacturing and engineering.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through scanning, labeling, and system updates.
• Keep work area safe and organized; end shifts cleaner and safer than started.
• Respond to shifting production priorities and escalate risks early.
