Job summary

1X, a robotics company, is seeking a Materials Handler in San Carlos to ensure the physical flow of materials for NEO production. You will manage parts, move inventory, and support manufacturing and engineering by keeping the right parts in the right place on schedule.

You will operate forklifts, use scanners, and maintain documentation while adhering to safety standards. This role offers day and swing shifts with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or materials handling.
• Hands-on forklift and pallet jack operation; certification preferred.
• Ability to lift and move materials throughout the shift; reliable and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy at or above 99% using scanners and system updates.
• Keep production lines supplied with zero delays due to material shortages.
• Process inbound, outbound, and internal transfers with complete documentation.
• Own safety and organization of the work area; ensure end-of-shift cleanup.
• React quickly to shifting production priorities and escalate risks early.
