Job summary

1X is building humanoid robots for home use, scaling a San Carlos operation that keeps parts flowing and shipments moving. The Materials & Logistics team ensures parts are available when needed, supporting NEO production on schedule.

As a Materials Handler, you’ll manage physical flow of materials, maintain accuracy, and keep work areas safe. You’ll join a fast-paced team focused on delivering reliable components to build robots that enhance daily life.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or materials handling.
• Duties include using scanners, labels and shipping docs.
• Ability to perform physical work including lifting and moving materials.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy at or above 99% through scanning, labeling, and system updates.
• Keep production lines supplied with no delays due to material issues.
• Process inbound, outbound, and internal transfers with complete documentation.
• Own the safety and organization of the work area; end shifts cleaner and safer.
• Respond to shifting production priorities and escalate risks early.
