Job summary

1X is hiring a Materials Handler to ensure the physical flow of materials for NEO production. You’ll keep parts in the right place at the right time, every shift, directly impacting our ability to ship robots that improve how people live.

You’ll work on the critical path between supply and build, maintaining safety and organization while you operate scanners, forklifts, and documentation to stay on schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or materials handling.
• Hands-on use of scanners, labels, and shipping documents.
• Able to lift and move materials throughout a full shift.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy at or above 99% through scanning, labeling, and updates.
• Keep production lines supplied with zero material delays on your shift.
• Process inbound, outbound, and internal transfers with complete documentation.
• Own safety and organization of the work area; end shifts cleaner and safer.
• Respond to shifting production priorities and escalate risks early.
