Job summary

1X’s Materials & Logistics team keeps components flowing and shipments moving, ensuring NEO production stays on schedule. You’ll be on the critical connection between supply and build, handling parts, paperwork, and safe, efficient operations.

As a Materials Handler, you’ll maintain high inventory accuracy, support continuous production, and uphold safety standards. This role powers a fast-paced manufacturing environment where timely, precise work matters every shift.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or materials handling.
• Certification and operation of forklifts and pallet jacks preferred.
• Comfort with scanners, labels, and shipping docs.
• Ability to lift/move materials throughout shift.
• Reliable and punctual team member.
• Experience in manufacturing or robotics env a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure materials flow to keep NEO production on schedule.
• Have parts in right place at right time each shift.
• Maintain inventory accuracy at 99%+ through disciplined scanning and documentation.
• Process inbound, outbound, and internal transfers with proper documentation.
• Own the safety and organization of the work area — every shift ends cleaner and safer than it started.
• Respond quickly to shifting production priorities and escalate risks early.
