Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in electromechanical systems repair, maintenance, or sustaining engineering.
• Strong hands-on capability to diagnose and repair complex systems.
• Experience managing both technicians and engineers.

Responsabilités

• Build and lead the internal Maintenance and Repair organization for robotic systems.
• Establish and scale repair workflows, including intake, triage, repair, validation, and return-to-service processes.
• Partner with Quality Assurance to improve processes for failure tracking and root cause analysis.
