Nimble Robotics, Inc. in New Jersey seeks a high-agency Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team at a cutting-edge e-commerce fulfillment facility.

You will supervise technicians, execute preventive and corrective work on complex robotic systems, and partner with engineering to keep the site running with maximum uptime. This role requires hands-on leadership, a strong safety focus, and the ability to translate field data into actionable improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years in industrial maintenance/repair; at least 2 years in leadership in automated environments.
• Proven ability to read and interpret advanced safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, technical diagrams, and procedure manuals.
• Excellent communication; deliver clear directives, draft reports, and brief upper management and engineering.
• Tech-Savvy Operator: Proficient in navigating computer systems and modern software ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Inspire: dictate daily schedules, mentor technicians to foster ownership and excellence.
• Bridge Hardware & Software: oversee repairs on robotics and material handling; troubleshoot with engineering teams.
• Own the Data: drive digital workflow; ensure work orders, parts usage, and time tracking are logged.
• Maximize Uptime: develop and enforce preventative maintenance programs.
• Inventory Control: manage parts inventory and spares; coordinate with management and networks.
• Safety Champion: enforce safety procedures, OSHA codes, and SOPs; identify and mitigate unsafe conditions.
• Technical Documentation: read, interpret, and train on schematics and engineering docs.
