Job summary

SoftBank Robotics America seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance execution and equipment reliability across robotics and automated systems. You will supervise maintenance personnel, ensure safe and effective preventive and corrective maintenance, and drive reliability improvements.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong troubleshooting capabilities, and collaboration with Operations, Engineering, and other technical teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in robotics, automation, manufacturing, or related environments.
• 5+ years of supervision/leadership of maintenance technicians or teams.
• Experience using CMMS or maintenance/work-order system.
• Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and schematics.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance execution for robotics, automated systems, and industrial equipment.
• Supervise maintenance technicians and coordinate work priorities.
• Develop technician capabilities through coaching and training.
• Ensure safety, documentation, and timely completion of maintenance activities.
• Coordinate maintenance with Operations, Engineering, and Planning.
• Drive improvements to reliability, uptime, and maintenance processes.
