Job summary

Standard Bots is seeking an Implementation Sales Manager in Philadelphia to bridge sales and technical execution for turnkey integration solutions. You will define scope, build ROI models, and co-own the deal from qualification through site acceptance testing while staying the primary customer contact.

You will collaborate with automation engineers and executives, manage timelines, budgets, and change orders, and ensure clean handoffs to the implementation team.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years in technical sales, sales engineering, or project management within industrial automation or robotics
• Experience scoping and selling complex integration or capital projects to manufacturers
• Familiarity with robotic cell architecture, peripherals, and industrial protocols

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify integration-heavy opportunities with regional sales teams
• Define scope and build business cases, budgets, and proposals with the implementation team
• Manage timelines, milestones, and customer expectations through site acceptance testing
• Ensure smooth handoffs from sales to implementation and capture voice-of-customer feedback
