The role involves practical hands-on repair, reliability and clear documentation, and the ability to handle varying weather and lifting up to 50 lbs. Training is provided through the Service Robot Co.

Qualifications

• Practical experience fixing or maintaining equipment, field service backgrounds welcomed.
• Reliability, clear communication, and accurate job records.
• Willingness to ask for help and report mistakes.
• Ability to drive to customer sites, work in varying weather, lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Visit customer sites to install, maintain, and repair commercial robots.
• Work on site with support from a remote specialist.
• Install robots and verify proper operation.
• Find and fix mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
• Carry out scheduled maintenance.
• Explain problems and repairs to customers.
• Record each visit with photos, notes and customer sign-off.
• Keep tools and spare parts organized and ready.
• Follow site and equipment safety procedures.
