ABB Inc. is seeking a Field Service Leader to drive day-to-day field service activities with full accountability in the Auburn Hills, MI area. You will develop, implement, and review strategies to meet global service goals while ensuring customer focus and urgency in operations.

You will lead a team to achieve service excellence, monitor KPIs, and collaborate across internal and external stakeholders, with up to 10% travel for meetings and site visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 8+ years in customer support, maintenance, project management, and technical support.
• Team Leader: oversee daily field service activities with full accountability.
• Create and implement field service operations strategy aligned to global service goals.
• Customer-centric focus to retain customers and exceed expectations.
• Experience with SAP, Concur, Workday and robotics applications preferred.
• Up to 10% travel for customer and SLVP meetings.

Responsabilités

• Deliver superior customer service in field activities to retain customers.
• Drive continuous improvement of field service quality and first-time-right implementations.
• Monitor KPIs and drive corrective actions to improve service performance.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence.
• Handle financial reporting metrics: orders, revenue, EBITA.
• Support SLA renewals and partner management.
• Track NPS and manage escalations.
