Job summary

KUKA is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform on-site installation, repair, and service follow-up for KUKA Robotics equipment. You will also travel to customer sites, train junior technicians, and identify sales opportunities while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include documenting service reports, coordinating with customers, and promoting parts and services. A valid driver’s license and passport are required, with domestic and international travel as part of

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret mechanical, electrical, and electronic prints and documentation.
• Fundamentals of customer service for phone and face-to-face contacts.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite and Internet/e-mail.
• Valid driver’s license and passport required.

Responsibilities

• Performs in-house, on-site, and telephone troubleshooting and repair of KUKA equipment.
• Accommodates flexible work/travel schedules and short-notice travel to customer sites.
• Travels domestically and internationally; may work long hours to meet customer needs.
• Generates thorough Field Service reports, documenting problems and solutions.
• Obtains customer signatures and distributes copies to customers and files.
• Leads by example, providing OJT and mentoring to Field Service Technicians.
