Nimble Robotics, Inc. is hiring a Robotics Field Engineer to keep our autonomous fulfillment system running at peak performance.

You will diagnose issues, troubleshoot, and collaborate with operations and engineering teams to sustain high throughput across our robot fleet. The role demands strong debugging skills, SQL literacy, and the ability to work autonomously in a warehouse environment with variable temperatures.

Qualifications

• 0-5 years of experience in a production environment supporting and improving complex robotics systems.
• Strong debugging skills and ability to read technical logs.
• Proficiency in SQL to analyze production data.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Preference for hands-on robotics fleet management and autonomous logistics.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve issues within Nimble's fleet of order-fulfilling robots.
• Debug Nimble's robotics and fulfillment software to alleviate operations issues.
• Develop observability tools for faster mitigation of production issues.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation with support and engineering teams.
• Use data-driven insights to prioritize system improvements.
• Provide timely support to operations to improve system and robot metrics.
