Job summary

Nimble is seeking a Robotics Support Associate to monitor a fleet of autonomous fulfillment robots in real-time, resolve hardware and software issues, and ensure smooth facility throughput. You will partner with frontline operations and service technicians to meet daily production goals.

Work with Engineering to troubleshoot edge cases, document fault reports, and contribute to firmware and software improvements on the live floor. Safety protocols must be followed at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience in automated warehouse, manufacturing, or autonomous fleet operations.
• Ability to navigate complex dashboards and fault logs.
• Strong problem-solving and calm decision-making under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Monitor fleet management interface to ensure continuous throughput.
• Track operational metrics and address bottlenecks proactively.
• Respond to system alerts, robot faults, jams, and hardware exceptions.
