Job summary

Nimble Robotics in Texas is seeking a Robotics Field Engineer to keep our autonomous fulfillment system running at peak performance. You will diagnose and resolve issues across our fleet of order-fulfilling robots, working with operations and engineering to maintain high throughput.

This on-site role requires strong debugging, SQL analysis, and documentation skills. You’ll develop observability tools, create detailed guides, and provide timely support to drive system improvements, with on-call

Qualifications

• 0–5 years in production robotics or 2+ years with a Bachelor's in CS/Software Engineering/Robotics
• Strong debugging and data interpretation skills
• Proficient at reading logs and using SQL to analyze production data

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve issues in Nimble's robot fleet
• Debug Nimble's robotics and fulfillment software
• Develop observability tools for faster production issue mitigation
• Create and maintain detailed documentation with support and engineering
• Use data-driven approach to prioritize system improvements
• Provide timely support to operations to improve metrics
