Job summary

Bear Robotics is seeking a Robotics Field Engineer I to deploy, maintain, and support our robotic solutions across diverse settings, including restaurants, senior living communities, hotels, casinos, campuses, and sports venues. Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or technical certification required.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Software/EE/Robotics is a plus.
• Experience in field service is preferred.
• Restaurant/hospitality experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and commission robots to site-specific requirements; perform on-site testing before handoff.
• Troubleshoot, support, and respond to customer inquiries; perform Level 1 repairs and routine maintenance.
