Job summary

Bear Robotics, Inc. is seeking a Robotic Field Engineer I to deploy, maintain, and support our robots across restaurants, hotels, and venues in the US. You’ll travel up to 80% and provide both remote and on-site customer support, performing Level 1 repairs and routine maintenance.

You’ll document service activities, train users, and contribute to product feedback while following safety protocols in diverse environments.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or related hands-on field service experience.
• Bachelor’s in CS/Software/EE/Robotics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and commission robots on site and validate performance.
• Train end users on operation, upkeep, and troubleshooting.
• Respond to inquiries, diagnose issues, and escalate when needed.
• Perform Level 1 repairs, software updates, and maintenance.
• Monitor deployed robots and suggest operational improvements.
• Maintain records in CRM and represent customer feedback.
