Job summary

Brickstech is seeking a technical support engineer focusing on robotics and intelligent mobile terminals. You will install, calibrate, and operate mobile robot systems on-site or remotely, while supporting customers and updating documentation.

Requirements include a BS in engineering, 3+ years in robotics support, ROS familiarity, and strong English skills. Travel to customer sites is expected, with close collaboration with sales and product teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science/engineering (Mechanical, Electronics, Robotics, AI, etc.).
• 3+ years in technical support and testing for robots or intelligent mobile terminals.
• Familiar with ROS technology and robot architectures.
• Good troubleshooting, analysis, and documentation skills.
• Willingness to travel and ability to work with customers remotely.
• Strong English written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote installation, software deployment, calibration, and operation support for mobile robot equipment.
• Maintain customer relationships and deliver after-sales technical services, including remote guidance or on-site repairs.
• Act as liaison between customers and internal teams to resolve issues and improve user experience.
• Collect market feedback and report to aid product design and functions.
• Accompany the sales team to visit potential customers and provide on-site technical support.
• Write and update user manuals, installation guides, and FAQ databases; train customers and partners.
