Foundry Robotics is seeking a dedicated early-talent recruiter to own the intern, new-grad, and apprenticeship programs from strategy through alumni relations. You will design project-based internships, partner with schools beyond top programs, and build a measurable conversion loop across the US.

You will cultivate durable relationships with faculty and clubs, and create projects that yield real work and signal. Travel across the US will be required to build our employer brand and mission.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in university or early-talent recruiting, ideally engineering-heavy.
• You have run a program, not just staffed career fairs, and can describe the loop and its conversion rate.
• Knowledge of collegiate engineering competition ecosystem (e.g., Formula SAE, FIRST, RoboMaster).
• You build durable relationships with faculty, club leads, and career services that endure changes in roles.
• You have designed an intern project that produced real work and measurable assessment signal.
• Your best hire came from a school nobody on the panel had heard of.

Responsibilities

• Own the intern, new-grad, and apprenticeship programs end to end: school strategy, sourcing, loop, project design, mentorship, conversion, and alumni relationships.
• Design intern projects that produce genuine signal on needed competencies.
• Build the shop-floor apprenticeship pathway with the Volume Recruiter and manufacturing leads for non-traditional entrants.
• Reverse engineer where great people have come from and be the data master of undiscovered talent sources.
