Foundry Robotics is seeking a recruiter to own our internship and apprenticeship programs at Emeryville, CA, with a focus on sourcing and mentoring early-talent. You will design projects, build partnerships with universities, and track conversion from interns to full-time hires.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in university or early-talent recruiting.
• You have run a program, not just attended career fairs.
• Know the collegiate engineering competition ecosystem; strong signals from FSAE, FIRST, etc.

Responsibilities

• Own intern, new-grad, and apprenticeship programs end to end: school strategy, sourcing, loop, project design, mentorship, conversion, alumni relations.
• Build a school strategy that includes state schools, community colleges, and competition teams.
• Design intern projects that produce real signal and evaluation.
