DoorDash Labs is hiring an on-site Service Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair our robotic systems and electric bicycles. You will work with Senior Technicians to expand troubleshooting skills and take on more complex repairs while documenting all steps for fleet readiness.

This role requires a strong mechanical background, 1+ year of service experience, and a valid U.S. driver’s license. Training will occur in Fremont, CA with eventual shift assignments based on business needs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of service work experience.
• Curiosity and an inclination for mechanical repair.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Prior experience in vehicle, bicycle, or fleet service is a major plus.
• Experience with service tools like JIRA/MaintainX is a plus.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and MVR check.

Responsabilités

• Perform service and upkeep of robotic systems and electric bicycles.
• Repair faults in robotic platforms and drive trains using established procedures.
• Assist with complex faults and learn advanced diagnostics alongside senior staff.
• Complete repairs on electrical systems and batteries with guidance.
• Document diagnostic steps and repairs in the service management system.
