Job summary

Robust AI is seeking an experienced Deployment Manager to lead customer deployments and launch readiness in a fast-growing robotics startup. You will own planning, coordinate multi-team efforts, and drive successful launches across operations, IT, engineering, and product.

You will communicate complex technical details clearly, manage risks, and travel up to 80% within the United States for deployments and on-site support. A BS degree and 4+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• BS in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 4 years of related work experience.
• Strong knowledge of distribution and fulfillment operations.
• Experience managing implementations or complex operational projects.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day planning and coordination for customer deployments and launch readiness.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for deployment execution and communication.
• Build and manage project plans, milestones, action trackers, risk logs, and deployment status updates.
• Run kickoff meetings, readiness reviews, and go-live check-ins with customer and internal teams.
• Coordinate customer readiness across operations, facilities, IT/networking, training, staffing, and workflows.
