Qualifications

2+ years experience in industrial and facility maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and maintaining industrial equipment.
Familiarity with safety standards and regulations.
Working knowledge of manufacturing machines.
Ability to identify issues and repairs that are needed.

Responsibilities

Adjust programming and calibrate automation equipment to maximize runtimes.
Support production needs, complete equipment corrective work orders, troubleshoot and repair complex equipment failures.
Mentor operators and maintenance technicians on use of automation equipment.
Perform preventative maintenance on robotic systems at set intervals.
Conduct equipment automation failure analysis to determine root causes.
Troubleshoot basic errors of robots and resolve.
Perform and assist in repair and maintenance of robotic weld equipment.
Assist in creating preventive maintenance checklists to maximize equipment usage.
Utilize maintenance management system to record work history and parts usage.
Ensure health and safety guidelines are followed across teams.
