Job summary

Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in industrial and facility maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and maintaining industrial equipment.
- Familiarity with safety standards and regulations.
- Working knowledge of manufacturing machines.
- Ability to identify issues and repairs that are needed.
- Knowledge in computers and basic software applications.
Responsibilities
- Adjust programming and calibration on automation equipment to maximize runtimes.
- Support production needs and complete equipment corrective work orders.
- Troubleshoot and repair complex equipment failures.
- Mentor and train operators and maintenance technicians on automation equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance on robotic systems at set intervals.
- Conduct equipment automation failure analysis and determine root causes.
- Troubleshoot basic errors of robots and resolve.
- Assist in repair and maintenance of robotic weld equipment.
- Create preventive maintenance checklists to improve equipment usage.
- Utilize maintenance management system to record work history and parts usage.
