Oerlikon is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Westbury, NY facility. You will read blueprints, troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues, and perform maintenance with guidance as needed. Knowledge of CNC machines and automation including cobots/robots is valued. A strong PM schedule and safety practices are expected.

Formación

• Technical degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering required.
• 2-4 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to read blueprints/schematics and perform maintenance.

Responsabilidades

• Support equipment operations in machine shop and assembly.
• Perform maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Carry out preventative maintenance on all equipment.
• Familiar with manual and CNC machine maintenance and multi-axis Swiss knowledge.
